im about to start the procedure later guys. Ok lang ba mag soup at bread before start ?? Kaninang lunch kase last meal ko..

Pede naman sis basta wag madami mas ok kase pag empty stomach yan..

Ako sis kakatapos ko lang kumain ng isang slice ng pizza.. gutom na kase ako e .. msg mo ko para sabay tau sa time
